Walking and Nutrition Camp

Healthy Moves is a proven lifestyle weight loss program.  Participants meet as a group with their lifestyle fitness coach once a week for diet coaching, motivation, support, accountability, and walking assignments.  Healthy Moves is a great program for the person ready to change their lifestyle and put an end to struggling with their weight.

Do you need motivation and accountability to walk?   Join the Sole Therapy Walking Group for a variety of fun and challenging fitness walks.  The camp meets 3 days per week for 1 hour.
