Wow, I just completed my first month of boot camp and do I feel great. I have gained new confidence in myself that I have not had for a long time. This class is for anybody that needs a self confidence boost to get them going. Once you do Michael's Boot Camp, you will have the ability and confidence to do any type of fitness program. And it doesn't just help with your fitness; seeing improvements in your physical self will motivate you in other areas of your life, for example, eating well. Believe me, after working out your body you are not going to want to put junk food in it. Do it for yourself because you deserve it.

I moved here from Texas in February and decided to take Michaels boot camp when I saw it advertised around town. I have never liked sweating so much. I was very motivated and truly looked forward to going to class! I lost 18lbs my first session and I plan on doing another session in the afternoon as soon as Michael adds a class around 5:45pm...hint hint :) You are a great motivator and I have kept the weight off walking and paying attention to what I am putting in my mouth. I still have a long way to go and look forward to sweating it out with you in the future! Thanks Michael!

I want to thank you for a great 2008. My experience with boot camp has been awesome. The physical benefits have been great. I am stronger, have lost weight and dress sizes. I am very happy to say that I am toner than I ever have been. It is the best stress reliever and confidence booster. This is the first time I have been able to make a real commitment to a fitness program. After years of donating to local gyms I have finally found a program that motivates me. The accountability you provide is the difference.

"Since joining Columbia Boot Camp, I've lost a total of 13 lbs and 3.25 inches from my waistline. Michael's class has really helped me because I am unable to do an excessive amount of sit-ups from past surgeries and because we are doing different exercises and strength training at each session, I still work the muscles in my stomach. My BMI has gone down 2 points and my confidence has increased because finally something is working for me and my metabolism has increased. Even when you want to give up, Michael still manages to motivate and encourage you to do more. The best part is Michael takes a personal interest in each client and learns what areas you want to improve while still doing providing a group class. "

My goal for this boot camp was to "get my sexy back." Sexy is not just a look but also an attitude and I had lost mine. Although I was a reluctant participant, the boot camp has proven to be the best exercise program. In just 4 short weeks, I have lost over 3 inches in my waist and gained lean muscle all over. Now, that's results! I have tried many fitness programs but NOTHING has given me results like this in such a short time. I believe that it has been support and accountability that has changed my life. I feel great and I owe it all to you.

When I began boot camp in August ‘08 I really wasn’t sure what I had gotten myself into. The exercises were challenging for me at first, but as I continued to attend I found myself enjoying it more and more. Now, it is Jan ‘09 and I’m still attending. I have dropped 2 pant sizes and lost approximately 20 pounds
and my blood pressure has finally gotten under control. Mike is a great motivator and an excellent instructor. Not only does he use a positive push he also provides you with the necessary nutritional information to guide you along the way & to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. He has taught me that the first thing you have to do is retrain your mind and the body will follow. When I started out it was with the mindset of doing only a month, today I have made

I can't tell you how much I am enjoying boot camp! It is a great way to have fun while getting in shape. So far, I have lost 9 pounds and I feel so much better. I never thought I'd look forward to getting up so early in the morning to work out, but I wouldn't miss a session for the world. You are an awesome trainer! Good morning. I just wanted to let you know that I saw my mom yesterday, and she instantly noticed a difference. My co-workers have also noticed a difference in the way my clothes fit. I also know that getting up for the past week and exercising has improved my mood and tolerance level. By the way, will the boot camp be held at the same facility next month? Have a wonderful day. I’m just passing this on to anyone that may be interested. I am not trying to suggest that anyone needs to get in shape or anything like that. I just know that this is a great program because Michael, the instructor, is great! So I’m passing this information on to everyone I know that is working on, or struggling with, weight loss and being fit.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started boot camp, but I found the entire experience, challenging, rewarding and empowering. Every day was demanding, but because we worked our way up to more difficult exercises, I always knew I had just enough strength to do the exercises. I also feel stronger and love the way my clothes are starting to fit.

Also, I liked the variety and the commitment. I was literally forced to improve, and I’m very proud of that! I also enjoyed working with the instructor; Michael has motivational skills to make a program like this a pleasant experience in spite of the physical challenges.

I really enjoy the boot camp. I know I don't have the self-motivation to push myself as far as you do. I know you realize my ability, and are such a great motivator to push me to get to the next level. Since I have started boot camp, I have lost 28 lbs. My clothes that used to be too tight are now falling off of me. I can't begin to explain how much better I feel. I have cut out the caffeine and still have more energy than ever. My doctor has now taken me off of two medications I was taking daily since my blood sugar and blood pressure have dropped drastically since I've lost weight. I also had been scheduled for surgery that has now been canceled. All of this because you have been a great motivator, not just for the exercise but for eating right as well. I haven't felt this great in years.
