The 15 for 15 is a Virtual Fitness Boot Camp is hosted in a private Face Book group.  The program consist of Live FB workouts, education, motivation, support, and accountability with uploaded videos to provide participants with all that they will need to be succesful. Trainers will all host Zoom conferences 2 times per month for question and answers.
