Columbia Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor exercise weight loss program for women in the Columbia, South Carolina area. The program is designed to reduce body fat, tone muscle and improve women's health. The boot camp fitness program consists of fun and challenging cardiovascular and strength training workouts.
Boot Camp is a blast! You’ll meet for 4 weeks, three times a week, for one-hour sessions, with other women for diverse outdoor workouts.
Working with Columbia’s fitness boot camp professionals will ensure that you’re doing what’s most effective for losing weight. And working with a group of similarly driven women will ensure that you’re never lacking in motivation.
