Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor exercise weight loss program for women in the Columbia, South Carolina area. The workout program is designed to be a healthy weight loss program to reduce body fat, tone muscle and improve women's health. The boot camp fitness program consist of cardiovascular, endurance and strength training.
The boot camp meets three times a week for 60 minutes of fun and challenging work-outs.
